What Japanese women are saying about discrimination in Japan

Recently news broke out that Tokyo Medical University was caught manipulating entrance exam scores to keep the total percentage of female students below 30%. It appears this practice is widespread, and in response a lot of Japanese women took to twitter to share their own stories of discrimination that they've faced throughout their lives.
We translated some of those stories in this video, and discussed the current situation of gender equality in Japan.
